For the summer

We are taking a break from fundraising over the summer and donating our time and resources to a few other causes.  We have donated our leftover garage sale items to other fundraising garage sales and all of the children's clothes to our church for there annual Free clothing drive.  They are currently taking donations for all gently used kids clothing and will be giving them away August 9- August 11 (contact the church with any additional questions)!

Latest fundraising sale!

Since there are so many other amazing fundraising events and clothing drives set up for this summer we have decided to have one last sale before the summer begins and then jump on board to help out the other events (details to come).  So we will be at 625 Portage St Arlington, WA this Friday and Saturday (June 1st and 2nd) from 10am to 5pm.  We have a whole new load of goodies for sale from clothes, tools, toys, baby gear, housewares, and electronics.  Stop by to take a look and say Hi!

Our first fundraising sale!!

So we have it scheduled...  February 25th (from 9-5) and 26th (from 11-5).  Sounds like a funny time of year for a yard sale I know but our garage is busting at the seams.  We will have tarps and tables set up (let me know if you have any ez-ups for loan). We have clothes (all sizes and genders) $.50 per item, housewares/deco, baby gear, toys and some appliances! We look forward to seeing you there!

Coats for The Lord's Kitchen

After organizing some of our clothing donations we decided not to sell coats, scarves, or hats during the winter season.  So we collected 3 enormous garbage bags of them and headed over to The Lord's Kitchen and donated them all.  They were so glad to have them to give out and my boys loved the opportunity to share!!  Thank you so much for the donations, they have been such an amazing blessing!!!

I am knitting up a bunch of scarves to sell for $5 as part of our fundraising, I will post a picture of some of the ones I have made!  They make great presents or stocking stuffers!

Our first donations!!

This week we received our first donations!  Two garbage bags full of clothes, a big paper bag full of books, and a garbage bag full of dvds to sell!  Thank you so much for supporting this!!

In addition to clothes...

I have been selling our used books on Amazon for quite awhile (usually for around 50 cents), and we have decided to open that up for donations as well.  *So bring on your used books*
